How to use the Dirt Devil Web Site

Finding Product
Every page on the Dirt Devil web site features product navigation on the left hand side.  You can use this navigation to browse for products by category, use or other popular methods.  When you click on a category, you will be shown a list of all cleaners currently available at retail.  You can then use this list to narrow down to specific models that you would like to compare to each other, or receive more information for.
Product Information
There are two main places where you can find product information.  The first is in the list of results that appear when you click on any of the Explore Products links on the left hand side of a page.  From here you can view very general product information and compare models to each other.  clicking on the name and model number of a cleaner will bring you to a more detailed product page where you can view additional information, access manuals and replacement parts, and search for stores carrying that model.
Registering a Warranty
Registering a warranty online requires that you create an account with the Dirt Devil site.  Once you have created an account you can sign into it and add as many warranty registrations as you wish.  You can create an account by visiting the Customer Service section.
Shopping Online
When you click on the Parts & Accessories tab on the top of any page you will brought to the main page of our online store.  There you will find information on our shipping and returns policies, and you will be able to begin to search for products to purchase.
Contacting Dirt Devil
Click on the Contact Us link on any page to be brought to a page where you will find comprehensive contact information for Dirt Devil Customer Service.
