Dirt Devil Shipping Rates, Returns, and Payments Policies
General Shipping Information
- P.O. Boxes, APO or other military addresses. DirtDevil.com is no longer accepting these addresses as Ship To addresses. These addresses can still be used for Billing Address but you will need to ship to a different address. If you need to ship products to any of these types of addresses, please call our customer service department to place the order at (800) 321-1134 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EST Monday - Friday or Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. You must choose Express Shipping (2-Day). Estimated shipping cost will be shown on the Shopping cart page. Final shipping charges will be shown on the order confirmation page.
- All orders will be processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days.
- Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.
- Standard (5-7 Days), Express (2 Day), and Next Day (overnight) shipping costs are determined by the total dollar value of the order before tax in US Dollars.
- Express and Next Day (Overnight) orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to be processed that day (Monday - Friday excluding holidays).
- Please allow two business days after your order is processed according to the above criteria for Express orders.
- Express and Next Day (Overnight) orders can only be shipped to US addresses and must be processed by credit card.

Returns
Products purchased directly from Dirt Devil may be returned for credit within 30 days of the date of purchase.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of a return.
Returned products must be sent postage prepaid to the following address:

Credits are issued via the payment method used for original purchase.
Beyond 30 days credits will only be issued when Dirt Devil determines that the return is due to a mistake made on the original order by Dirt Devil.
Beyond 90 days no credits/refunds will be issued, regardless of reason for return.
Products sent in to Dirt Devil will not be returned to sender whether credit is issued or not.
Shipping charges are not credited.
Dirt Devil does not reimburse postage/shipping charges to return product. Products returned "collect" or "COD" will not be accepted.

All dollar amounts shown on DirtDevil.com are in U.S. dollars. Payment is accepted using Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Residents of the United States may also pay by personal check.
